in Ubud you will be asked repeatedly if you want transport. If you have accomodation already arranged in Amed, phone them and ask how much to come and pick you up. This will probably be better than the Ubud street price. If you are just wanting a full day round trip, 300,000 would be enough for you to take in Klungkung, Padang Bai and Candi Dasa, as well as Amed.
