im sorry i dont no and cant find the exact addresses for this shop... but i know there is one in kuta.. on Jalan Pantai walking up from the beach on the right hand side bout three quarters of the way between jalan legian and the beach. Also there is one in seminyak.. but not sure of the street name sorry... hope that helps a little
