kids pheasant skirts?

Off to Bali in October and have been looking at the Target/Kmart cataloges showing all the nice kids clothes especially the pheasant skirts and crocheted type tie jackets( dont know what they call them)
Do they sell these in Bali at the moment as I don't recall seeing anything like these last year???
