Indonesian shoe sizes?

Can anyone give me a comparison on Indonesian shoe sizes compared to Australian. Have lots of nieces and nephews (plus two daughters) who I am looking to possible get shoes for while there. I have there shoe sizes here but not sure how to know what size to get them there. Thanks heaps for your help.
