driver for female travelling solo

Hi Everyone

I know there are a zillion posts in the archives recommending various drivers, however I am specifically seeking recommendations for drivers that would be suitable for a female travelling on her own - someone friendly, reasonable English, A/C car.

If in Ubud or somewhere like that, I would like to be able to ask the driver to join me for lunch (at my cost of course) without any misunderstanding.
(I'm neither young nor gorgeous and therefore don't really anticipate any problems in this area - but just want to be sure to avoid any hassles).
