We recently went to Bali in June with 6 kids (not all ours!)with ages from 5 to 10. They had a ball. We stayed at the Bali Dynasty in pool view rooms. Top 6 things we did:
1: Elephnat park in Taro 10/10
2: White Water Rafting (little ones were a little scared, big kids loved it) 10/10
3: Snorkling/ Bali Hai cruise 9/10
4: Bali Bird park (give the reptile park next door a miss, can see it in 30 mins)8/10
5: Relaxing by the pool, kids playing on the slide/volleyball etc. then begging us to go to bed as they were tired. 9/10
6: Waterbom park, fantastic day out. 9/10
There was also playing soccer on the beach, shopping, monkey forest, day trips etc.
