home last Sept. (box has used by date of Apr, 2007). He swears by them although I haven't used them. I went and asked him about them and we have had a look at the box. They are just 500mg Paracetamol and 30 mg Pseudoefedrin which is in normal cold and flu tablets. We bought them from the Chemist at Matahari Supermarket along with some excellent BB tablets which had a rather amusing picture of a man holding his stomach and wincing while something sprayed out of his back end. LOL. They certainly worked really well. I agree that you do need to be careful about what you put into your system but if only get them from a Doctor or a proper Chemist you should be OK.
