Fridges in rooms at Bounty Hotel

just noticed someone saying there is some kind of policy re the stock in the room fridges at Bounty. We are staying here in Oct. Is there much room in fridge for extra stuff. Can you ask in advance that the fridge not be stocked at all. All info and comments re this would be greatly appreciated.
