It really depends on what type of clothing your friend wants. I usually buy size 16 as I prefer my clothing as a loose fit. I bought dresses in the market stalls. I always carry a tape measure and have the measurements I require for T-shirts and dresses. I bought an unusual "dress" from BIG Australia in Jl Sahadewa 11, or as we call it Garlic Lane, runs between Jl Melasti & Jl Padma. I found pants in a little offshoot of Jl Legian not far from my hotel Legian Paradiso. I didn';t get a receipt so don't have the exact address but I am sure they said big sizes in their sign. The other thing I did was have clothes copied at House of Komang S in Jl Padma. Lovely lady, had 8 items made, my fabric, $100.00 within 5 days. Jackets were not lined. 3 jackets, 3 pants, 3 camisoles. Fantastic. She gets a lot of business from the Forum. She also will not take orders if she cannot fulfill them.
