It is a pain in the butt but if you read the terms and priveleges of membership in the Qantas Club they do say that although you are welcome at all Qantas Clubs you "won't be able to access partner, associated or oneworld airline lounges." In addition, baggage allowance and priority baggage allowances do not apply. This is all found on page 4 of the latest Qantas Club benefits Guidebook. I realise that this is no comfort to anybody but it may help to understand why you may not be granted admission to the lounge in Denpaser. However, always ask as, as has already been said, you will sometimes be let in.
