hi, My sister & law & I are going to Bali in Sept & are staying at the Santika, never stayed there before. We are also in superior rooms. I would like to be on the ground floor near pool with twin beds can you recommend any room numbers I can request? and did you request your room through your travel agent or email Hotel direct?
