Check under armpits and groin for any small lumps- that may swell up and and then dissapear within 24 hrs approx- these glands fight off infection and the night sweats could be your body fighting off any infections- Definitely see your doctor and get a blood test- I wont alarm you at this stage on to what it may be, suffice to say modern medicine is great and can cure most illness if caught quickly but do not ignore these signs
