Can you give me some idea of the base fee? I'm sure it depends on several things but there must be a starting point. My daughter has just announced Bali is being considered as a venue, which couldn't please me more, not that I would offer anything but positive's on wherever they chose, but some forewarning of what I'm going to be up for would be tremendous.
Looking at the venues, Gado Gado seems popular. Can anyone comment? Also, recommendations for other places would be useful.
