I know that you're not having a fun time right now, and it could be some kind of virus that you've picked up in Bali- or it might have even been in your system before you left. However, as you say it could also be menopause (I found Menoeeze the best thing for me) but the thirst rings alarm bells and I think you should get yourself checked out asap. Diabetes can start at any age (mine was diagnosed at 46). Good luck, let us know how you get on.
