Chances are you may never get sick while away or contract any disease, however it isnt only in places like Bali that you could come into contact with someone who has Hep B.
Each person is entitled to their own opinion on the subject but I for one would prefer to err on the side of caution with regard to vaccinations.
With regard to more frequency of people contracting diseases such as Hep A or typhoid, probably not. If you are happy with your current status then that is entirely your choice. cheers.
