Our group all used them last March, unfortunately JP snapped his achilles tendon at Tanah Lot, he went to BIMC and they treated him and arranged for him to fly home for surgery, they requested business class upgrade etc. This was approved from Oz within two days and the next thing we knew he was on the plane and gone. Landed in Melbourne early Saturday, had the slice done that day and received a full payout from 1Cover without a hassle.And he has made a full recovery and is planning another trip in October.
