I received a sim card free from Perth and I live in NSW and would you believe I just posted it back to someone in Perth ;-) so hey the sim card is travelling around Australia as well as the world(well only to Bali and back) It doesn't really matter the state, it is stil lthe same postage cost and the one I sent got there the next day, talk about express delivery LOL
