do you need, to get these done? I'm planning to leave mid-September, do I and my kids have enough time to get all the series done by then, I believe Hep A and B are a series (of how many?), don't know about the others?

BTW, some years ago my 9-yr old was 'bitten' by a dog in Mas near Ubud (wasn't a fierce attack, but teeth did just pierce the skin). Took him to a local hospital just in case, they said needn't worry about rabies, but should have a tetanus jab when get home just in case. Doctor at home confirmed this and gave him the jab. Seems odd to me now though, can you really be treated with a tetanus jab AFTER exposure, anyone know??
