Perthdodgy and I have discussed the morals of misbehaving in a foreign country and can both offer expert advice on the subject. A discrete skinny dip late at night may be forgiven (have not tested this however), but running naked through the streets of Kuta may result in arrest, or even worse, the derisive laughter from those who have seen bigger and better.
