Last August we flew once again business class only to find that both our personal screens were not working, they could not change our seats as business class was nearly full,this was a pain and we were annoyed, but did note that the steward did write it down in a book.No problems on way home, the only thing I have noted is that they no longer serve a decent breakfast in business class like they used to, I know it is an early landing, but I am sure they could give us some decent bakery items.But we will be flying the same way again in July, so hope your comments are correct, and there are no more hitches.
