were from the airport - wow, this place is crazy!!! (meaning the way everyone drove) and then when we got to the hotel and ventured out and (this was years ago when there were hawkers everywhere) they all touched me and grabbed me and threw things at me, I wanted to go straight back to the hotel and home again!
But this year is my 9th or 10th trip back and I LOVE IT!!!!! I love the atmosphere, the craziness, people watching, walking and walking and walking, shopping, the sun (we go in the middle of winter back home), the swimming, the fact that I don't have to cook, clean or do any of that.... the FOOD - love the food, we just love it over there and it is a totally affordable holiday for us!!!!
50 days and we are there again for 3 weeks and we can't wait!
