What I mean to say is, is it more important to correct your nose or have a holiday?
I can appreciate if you may have a disfigurement that needs correction, can't you settle for that to be corrected and regain some (perhaps) lost self esteem?
Plan for the holiday later when you are better and cashed back up.
BTW - Your surgery should not be exposed to sunlight for up to 2 weeks post of and definately not tropical strength
Also, get in writing, travel and health insurance that will cover you should anything go wrong (and I truly hope it doesn't) if your stay is extended or you need care you hadn't bargained for.
