Sounds like a very relaxed and pampering holiday you have planned.
Spend some time researching, through the guide books and this website. Check out what meets your requirements and try and get more detail.
Or...cut the cord and wing it. Head to the island, once there decide that you'll go to <ummm> Ubud. Find a spot. Then to Tegallalang. Then to Lovina/Candi Dasa Lombok. Bounce around the islands, should be easy if money isnt the issue, the lack of planning is romantic.
