is one thing, but not compensating is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I know others have had pleasant experiences with them, but we found their service lacking - air con not working at back of plane where stinky loo is, breakfast wait TOO long, food cold, beer warm, headsets 15 mins into the movie. I've heard of delays, but to just make you wear it is pretty off. I don't blame you for going elsewhere in the future.
Btw We're flying with them in June - wish us luck!! If the service has improved I will post that, to be fair.
