there isnt alot down that end of the world, there are a couple of warungs that tourists eat at, but not really the choice you would have around say, Kuta or Legian. At least you have the option of eating there, even if you dont every day, I mean, but why dont you book the brekkie for say 5 out of 7 days or however long you are staying??? That will give you time to at least explore a little of whats around there.
