We have just returned from 10 days at the Mandira and yes the hotel is lovely. However be careful as there are a block of rooms under construction at the rear of the hotel. We were initially placed in these rooms (which are lovely inside) however we weren't impressed with all the banging, sanding and drilling all day. We were eventually moved to the deluxe cottages which were much quieter. Before going we had heard about the work being done and had been advised by the hotel that the construction would be finished and we would not be anywhere near these rooms anyway. I'm sure you will love your stay as the hotel grounds and staff are wonderful, just try and sort it out before you leave.
