All investment in Indonesia comes under the government Investment Board who must give initial permit. This office is known as the BKPMD and is in the Renon area. Get basic info from them and then can decide whether to try to arrange alone or to go through a consultant who will charge a lot but may be quicker and easier if can't speak Indonesian. Use a reliable Notary to ensure all is proper
