LIke I said I think Lestari must've been having a bad day the day I ordered them .She did say they were flat out at the time !!Her english is very very good I think it was just a matter of being preoccupied and not having time to check perhaps.I did say to her that the natural should've been black and she had written it on the paperwork but ?? Like I said i would go back but be more careful next time.Thanks for all your info , I hope to do some more serious shopping NEXT TIME !!!!
