I am happy with my blinds ......except I am dissappointed with Lestari who is the manager of AWA.She is a really lovely chatty person who speaks VERY good english and is very helpful HOWEVER....she sold me 12 cushion covers that customs seized as they had "water hyacinth" in them and she had warned me about quite a few other items but missed telling me about these. Also, the small blind which is in Sandalwood ( and does have a sweet strong smell but I like that ) was supposed to have been lined but it isnt, and the blind for my sons room was meant to be edged in black but was instead done in natural !! Its typical of Bali and I say anywhere "let the buyer beware " but she seemed so efficient that I didnt double check and when I picked them up it was my last day and I didnt have time to change really. Also the larger blind is in 3 parts as its about 2metres wide and I though they would somehow join the 3 together ( not a sewer myself !!) but they are side by side so not really suitable for a bedroom as there will be strips of light coming through all the time.I dont want to sound too picky and I would use them again but you need to be really on the ball and dont leave it till the day you are coming home to pick them up in case you need alterations made !!Oh and with the large blind being in 3 pieces it has 3 lots of string to pull it up ?? I had no trouble at all bringing them home. The small one fit inside a duffle bag and the long one was wrapped in thick plastic which they put a fragile sticker on at the airport for me.
