You won't be disappointed with this hotel. The deluxe rooms are so spacious. And even though we had a street facing room, we loved it. We watched the daily going ons from our balcony. We did not find it too noisy. We all slept well. All we heard was the lovely jingling sounds of the horse carts. We were also just above the stadium cafe and never heard the noise. So you will have a great time whatever deluxe room you are situated in.
