I suggest you email the dynasty direct with your booking details including flight no ASAP.
Explain as much as you can re position of room etc and I know they will endeavour to accomadate your request. As for the positions of the suites there are 4 blocks of 3, which equate to 1 ground with wrap around patio , 1 1st floor with balcony and 1 2nd floor with balcony. 6 of them are very close to the pool( beach end of the resort) and the other 6 are just behind the poolside cafe.
