600 mtrs away the land is 60 juta, 300 mtrs away the land is 80 juta, 50 mtrs from the beach it is 190 juta. Both my agents think the land is worth around 165 juta and I am paying 140 juta direct from the owner. The site is great, right on road with an asphalt 4 mtr side access, a three way view, ocean, ricefield valley and mountains. In saying that its still a sh**load of aussie dollars in anyones language. In the back of my mind are those words ringing "pelan pelan"
