Just go to your Post Office & fill in form & send with the necessary details of person in Bali....name, address etc.
Person will know where to go in Bali to pick it up.
Make sure you give them your details (name etc)& the 10 digit number they need.
No need to send to a specific PO or bank as it is done for you...
