I booked my stay at TS directly through their website. The payment isn't made online. They email you a booking form which you complete with your CC info and you either scan and email or fax back to them. Alternately you can deposit money into their bank account (but you will incur fees from your bank for doing this).
I made my booking only a few weeks ago.
