Stayed in room 7 the first night (superior room) & room 14 the next night (duplex with jacuzzi)which is next to the wooden room and gym area and had absolutely no problems, in fact I wasn't aware of any renovations taking place during our stay. Maybe go for one of these and you will be OK. Found the management to be excellent and willing to assist in any way possible.
