we own a ski boat and wakeboard every weekend in summer back in Perth so naturally we checked out the boarding in bali. All i can say is dont bother..there are several places you could ride, such a Sanur, Nusa Dua and Lake Bratan in Bedugal....The cost of the boat is expensive and the water is rough..At Nusa and Sanur you are riding in the ocean and it is very choppy....not suitable for boarding at all....the boats also only tow from a transom bridle, no ski pole or high pole, so no big air time.
