I'm not sure that I did a JBR per se on my last trip. Coz I didn't go to Bali. But if you search for Jakarta or Yogyakarta, you should find some pretty lengthy posts with my name on them.
I think you'll miss the main Ramadan Madness if you go mid-November. However, you may strike a few rainy days, coz wet season will have properly kicked in by then (though Jakarta doesn't usually flood till January).
You've probably picked the three most interesting cities to visit. Plenty to see in all of them. And plenty to do at night (except maybe in Solo -- though a lot of stuff is probably hidden -- I never quite got the hang of Solo at night). You won't believe how few cars there are in Solo. It's almost worth going there just to see an empty road in Indonesia.
Anyway, see what you can find in the archives for each city, and then you'll have a better idea of what else you need to know. Not that you need to know anything at all, really, coz half the fun is wandering around and finding stuff you never expected to see.
