baggage tampering,solution

only take the small suitcases that you are allowed to carry with you on the plane.buy everything you need in bali,tshirts,shorts etc.etc.and leave behind for hotel staff or whoever.if you want to bring gear back,just buy a carry bag and bring gear back with you.so simple.
