The bali garden in Tuban has a villa that would accomodate you all.
The Aneka beach hotel in Poppies lane 1 has 3 private villas (both of these are reasonably priced) or I am pretty sure the Camplung mas in Legian has a quad room.
Alum kul kul i believe to be more expensive so depends on your budget and it is a bit further up.
