Hi alleycat. We used this service at Christmas, thinking it would be really busy at the VOA counter. Basically a man is waiting for you to the right of the counters with your name(s) on a sheet of paper. he then takes your passport and your receipt of payment (you pay over the net), it then gets stamped and it is very fast.....but the catch is that you are standing there waiting the same time as everyone else for you luggage. So it is a case of 6 to 1, half a dozen the other. I personally would not pay the extra $10 each to have this service again. But if you decide to, here is the web address http://www.kantorkita.net/main.html, contact them via email requesting this service and you will be in business.
Regards
Margie
