Still basic, no hot water, no aircon etc.. but very clean and friendly and you get what you pay for, we stayed there for the months of November 2004 and February 2005 and had a fine time. July is very busy so you may not be guaranteed a walk up. Bruce and Wendy have lifted the standard for good, clean and affordable accomodation and food on Nusa Lembongan and are doing a roaring trade. I have their mobile phone number if you want it, they are good friends and I am building a private villa on the island, so I know the island quite well.
