We brought one of our friends in January, it cost $600 us dollars return garuda airlines (and that was short notice and peak season) we priced same to organise here and was $2000.00 asd so we transferred our funds to her in Bali. Also for Balinese to visit oz you need to send letter of invitation (stating you will provide accommodation and meals during stay plus itenary of stay) also copy of passports and copy of bank statements. We also emailed the Aust Consulate in Bali stating our intentions. It was the most wonderful experience and something that you and your friend will always treasure
