The one thing this forum can't prepare you for is the whole slap in the face that is Bali.
As we drove from the airport I was thinking "Ohmigod what have I got myself into?"
Two days later I was already dreading having to leave to come home
Fear of the unknown is a very powerful emotion but don't let it stop you from looking forward to what will be a magnificent experience if you let yourself be open to it.
My advice is don't get too many preconceived ideas about what Bali will be like just enjoy the experience as it unfolds.
