it is absolutely fabulous though our meals were not included in the price as someone suggested. Not cheap but so divine. We had our own villa with pool and can't tell you how much I still dream about Pita Maha. I have a map of the layout of the grounds and wrote the villas numbers on it so that next time I could request one of the other ones in which the view down to the river and over to the rice fields on the other side was even better than what we had. They have a huge main infinity pool that looks straight down the ravine, great free library of books, DVD's, CD's to borrow, sensational restaurant and spa (which we didn't try). I'll be back in Ubud in May but this time staying at a very new resort which only opened in 04 and costs around the same as Pita Maha. It's UMA Ubud a COMO hotel and again we have a villa with pool. For only 3 short nights! Will be interesting to compare.
