but this happened in Fremantle at the time of the America's Cup. We were at a dinner dance organised by the British yachting people. The band leader said there was a prize for the first man to bring him a pair of lady's stockings over his arm. If you're in the know, this doesn't involve getting your lady to take her stockings off, you just pick her up and drape her legs over your arm and carry her to the stage. Everyone gets a good laugh and a leg show and you get the prize.
Well I'm racing across the floor carrying Kathy when I slipped and went headlong. Neither of us were hurt, but my trousers nearly split in two pieces. Anyway I shouted out did anyone have a needle and cotton, someone had and we went into a side room for me to get stitched up. And we got the prize!
Same for me as for you, trd, it's great to have a partner who doesn't get all uptight and jealous when you're just having a bit of fun and you inadvertently show a bit more than you intended to.
