I'm sure you will not be disappointed with Paradise Plaza. Was there 2 years ago for 2 wks. Can't imagine it's changed much in that time. I shared a large 3 bed apartment with 5 others, and there was plenty of space for us all. Very friendly staff, impecable service, good food, lovely pool and surroundings. Despite being on a fairly main road it was very peaceful. They ran a shuttle to the beach (Sanur) and Kuta (and probably still do), but there were always drivers waiting outside to take you wherever you wanted, so you're not cut off at all. We would be going back there in Sept if they had rooms available, but sadly we've had to book elsewhere. Search through for a post here yesterday which had a link to the forumite's hol pics - there were plenty of nice pics of the Paradise Plaza.
