As most seasoned travellers are aware, ‘bait and switch' is a common business practice in Bali for the uninitiated. However, I was not expecting this style of business from a professional, and nor did or would I bargain with a dentist's price.
I do suggest that the previously referred to ‘Gentleman' was lucky to retain his few remaining teeth after his complicit act of deception became evident. Please be sure to thoroughly question this person about their role within the practice and treat the published prices with a healthy dose of scepticism.
This is posted as a word of CAUTION and the previously reffered to 'gentleman' is well aware that I would be posting my experience of his actions on the internet.
