Picked up from hotel in Legian and drive to BANK - wait with me while I exchanged money so safe so private
Drive to orchaid farm - roam around with me 1 hour
Drive to Denpasar and guide me through the markets and to Sulawesi Street while I haggle over materials or their prices
Drive to Ubud and waited while I roamed through markets
Joined me for lunch ( I insisted on paying )
Drove me to a little village called Tegallalang- amazing the cheap prices and very different things - I bought xmas decorations (wood- very light) and lamp shades and lots of different things. Budda carried all shopping back to the van Beautiful scenery on the way too. Told some of the shopkeepers in Indo "she nice lady- my friend" I asked some what he said when he went to the car.
Then we went to some rice paddys and I took off my shoes and walked into the fields . It was a great lesson in rice farming .
Back to Kerobokan more shopping and then to Seminyak more shopping
by then its 7.30
I paid Budda for that day 300,000 and he didn't want to take it as I was on my own "too muc for one" he told me
I would trust him with my life

His English is great as are his manners. - we trusted him with ours & our kids safety in 1999 too . he has a reliable large 4X4 with excellent A/C. Can recommend him -Dec trip I was alone ( met friends there but did my own thingon many occasions and at 54 a little more cautious- He is 29, born in Bali and knows the area well - give him a call and he will drive you anywhere - We always paid for meals& drinks for him but he doesn't expect it.
Ring him when you get there and arrange a meeting - check him out first if you wish He will not overwhelm you by taking you to all the commission places He is very clean & tidy just like his vehicle and I don't believe you will be disappointed. Any questions feel free to ask me
