It is in Bali Mall galleria, air conditioned shopping plaza over on the bypass road , opposite BIMC and the big statue.
Gorgeous designer fabrics, Valentino, Dior, etc. You can just purchase the fabric or they have tailors. You can talk price with them a little but well worth a look, i have not seen fabric so lovely anywhere.
