Is a big white building that looks really out of place next door to the Kartika Plaza Hotel and the Musro Room. It is owned by Megawati Surhato's Husband, as is the Kartika Plaza Hotel.
I haven't been in there but from the accounts in the archives of others it's a bit of a white elephant.
